Our coaching experiences are structured, high-touch, and designed to support real, lasting progress — not quick fixes. Because of this, we hold clear and fair boundaries around commitment and refunds, and are very clear our programs hold a fixed term commitment.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’ve enrolled and feel the program isn’t the right fit, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date your program access begins. Simply email us at hello@kallosalethia.com within that window and we’ll process your refund — no hard feelings.
After 14 Days: No Refunds or Cancellations
After the 14-day window, no cancellations or refunds are available — unless required under Australian Consumer Law. This includes changes in circumstances, missed sessions, or periods of low engagement.
These terms are intentionally firm — not to be rigid for the sake of it, but because we hold deep trust in the quality of this program, and we’re here to support those ready to commit.
Designed With Real Life in Mind
We’ve priced this service knowing that life happens. Some weeks will be messy. Sometimes, other parts of life take up energy you didn’t plan on spending. This structure is designed to support your growth through the ups and downs — while remaining financially viable and accessible for those committed to the journey.
Your results will always reflect your level of participation — and that’s okay. The program is here to meet you where you are.
Tier Flexibility
If your needs change during your 6-month term, you are welcome to switch between subscription tiers (Train Only, Weekly Feedback, or Full Support). This gives you the freedom to continue with a level of support that aligns with your capacity — including moving to a lower-cost tier if that suits your season.
Separately Booked Sessions
For 1:1 coaching calls, video feedback, or any additional services booked individually, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited, as that time has been reserved for you.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
We’ll always act in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. If your experience hasn’t matched what was promised, or a service hasn’t been delivered with due care, skill, or as advertised, you may be entitled to a remedy.
