Hi, I’m G, and Kallos is ours.
She was shaped by years of paying attention.
First in the weight room, where Olympic Weightlifting taught me that progress doesn’t always look like winning.
Often, it looks like failing better.
Trying again with more presence and patience.
And learning to trust the process, even when it makes no promises.
Then she evolved through years of coaching female ski instructors around the world. We trained to ski better, but what stuck were the conversations in between.
About confidence. About energy.
About how training changed the way they moved through life, not just down a mountain.
My coaching has never been about appearance.
Always evidence.
That we are capable. That we can adapt.
And that growth is a mindset, not a milestone.
Today, Kallos exists as a place of structure, support, and steady growth for women who want to train with purpose and learn with depth.
She’s a space where strength is built rep by rep, question by question, and where you’re never expected to figure it all out alone.
She begins with movement—but that’s not where she ends.
You’ll feel it in your body.
And slowly, in your choices, your confidence and your voice.
We don’t believe in changing yourself.
We believe in coming home to yourself—again and again.
Kallos was shaped by all the women who allowed her to come to be.
And now you have her fierce support.
And mine.
All my love, G x
